The Problem
Technicians were coordinating job assignments over phone calls and paper checklists, leading to missed appointments, lost job notes, and no easy way for office staff to see job status in real time.
Our Solution
We built a cross-platform mobile app for technicians to view assigned jobs, capture photos and notes on-site, and update job status instantly, paired with an admin web dashboard for dispatch staff.
